Mr Steenhuisen, please answer to the Western Cape Death Toll.

Hi, I am Cedric de la Harpe,  encouraged by a South African politician, the leader of the DA, John Steenhuisen, when you  explained yout logic with regard to the number of Coronavirus cases in the Western Cape, “It is not rocket science”, my immediate reaction is yes, it is not rocket science, “It is Political Science”.

Western Province Death Toll Comparison.
Western Province Death Toll Comparison.

Should you have read my blog, titled Barefoot Scientist solves Coronavirus Mystery, tweeted to you, you should have your answer to this letter, ready to publish.

For you convenience I attach my research .pdf, DeathMystery 2.

The question that I ask today is;

“The Country is starting to question the ruling party regarding the Coronavirus, the DA is silent, neither questioning the ANC, or, as the Provincial Administrators, who have 70 deaths today, 50% of the total reported deaths, are you satisfied that these deaths were caused, only due to the Coronavirus, and if so, are you able to release the autopsy results?”

Should you fail to answer this question with proof of ’cause of death’, please open this link, what Vittorio Sgarbi is feeling, is what feel like today, and his final words are relevant to what is happening in South Africa today:

The Global World Order, New Labels ONE

The Global World Order is changing, and from the Capitalist point of view, we will criticise the populist movements, the socialist movements, the communist movements, our main criticism is the leaders of the groups, we normal refer to them as dictators, often with descriptions that would deter the reasonable population, from following them.

Anyone who does not support a Capitalist Economic Democracy, is labelled as the populist, the socialist, the communist. These labels are used, as thousands of pages and documents have already been written, to discredit these philosophies, and the population mindsets, are very aware of the failures of these philosophies.

As a cultivated Capitalist, I have escaped the web of control, that keeps us worshiping the Great Capitalist Gods, and if I am not populist, socialist, or communist, then what philosophy do I follow today.

Born in South Africa in 1947, I was never anti-Apartheid, and I never knew a white person, who was anti-Apartheid. I base my motivation thereto, on the fact that I never stood in the dark-skinned persons queue, whether for the cashier in a Department store, or the queue outside the Post Office, when the Post Office was the only form of banking, money transfer, pension payout, parcel post, there was only one cashier at the cubicle window, he served the queue, extending 100 to 150 long, out onto the street or the parking area, this long queue, rain or sunshine, never a white, was to be found in that queue.

As a young white, I could walk into the Post Office, six white cashiers were waiting to serve me, never did I have  to stand in a queue.

Today, I know that the inability for us whites, to stand in the Post Office queue, is directly related to the concept, that I was cultivated to see the dark-skinned person, as a servant, the ‘servant of the servant’, and by so doing, I never saw them as a human?

For a period, between 2004 and 2013, I was trapped in the “I am not racist” mindset, then when I looked at myself in the mirror, I understood that I still am racist, and became of the opinion that, once a mind is cultivated as a racist, it can never heal, the best you can do is get into a state of ‘recovery’, like an alcoholic, you need to attend the forums, lest you fall off the wagon.

In July 2004, my wife Nettie and I, submerged ourselves in fear and darkness for 12 hours, transferring  from the Suburbs into Soweto for two nights, against all advises from friends and family, against all advises from the media, the Government that still protects the white from the danger that lurks in the Townships and rural Native Villages.

Suddenly, at about 8pm, on the cold dark night night in July 2004, we discover that there is no need to fear the Soweto community, we feel safer in Soweto, than in the suburbs.

In my opinion, this sudden awakening, was the opening of our mind filters, that were cultivated to block out any information, that would allow us to see the dark-skinned people, as anything more than this angry, uncivilised group of people, that wrongly believe that the white person, has stolen everything from them, and they were ready to pounce on you, should you enter their space, once the relevant filters of our minds open, my wife Nettie’s mind filters open first, allowing mine to open, we no longer see the dark-skinned people, as we were cultivated to see them, we see them as ‘human’ for the first time.

My challenge to those who may have been anti-apartheid, would be, “Why were you not standing in the Post Office queue, if you were in the queue, and when I walked into the Post Office door, you called call out to me, ‘young man, we were here first’, the entire queue would have echoed support, and the world would have changed”.

I am only aware of two South Africans, who have stood in the dark-skinned persons queue, the Watson brothers, who joined the black queue when playing rugby in the Eastern Cape during the 1980s.

I submit that the reason that I never stood in the dark-skinned persons queue, was that my white corporate employer would have dismissed me, and I would never have been employed in the white capitalist world again.

This manuscript develops over six years, in 2013, I become aware of the Economic Segregation principle that drives me, “If it was not for what I did, the African would be the wealth of South Africa today”, by 2015, I start to divide the world into dark-skinned people, and the Capitalist Imperialistic powers who colonised the world.

Some six years back, I stopped seeing South Africa’s problem as a black and white issue, rather  seeing it as a poverty African / Capitalist issue, but when I mention the word Capitalist, I attach the label to every beneficiary of the Capitalist world, both black and white, even when the finer detail is discussed, the 1% of the world that own 50% of the world wealth, the faces and the actions of the 1% remains hidden?

For the past two years, I have been searching for a word or words, not presently in use, to describe the participants of the Capitalist system, what I did not understand, is that the vocabulary that I used to oppress and control the African, is so deeply entrenched in the African community, that they can’t help playing the Democracy game with me, I need to remove the word ‘Capitalist’, from my vocabulary, we need to avoid the word ‘Illuminati’, both words carry too much baggage, thousands of pages of baggage, that protects the concept of evil, baggage that hides our real ‘bulls-eye’.

On my drive home from Soweto in October 2019, in my mind I reverse the spelling of the word Capital, my though process is that we need to use the tactics that the 1% of the world that own 50% of the world, used to extract their wealth, through accessing our land and minerals, we need to reverse their process, in order for us to restore our humanity and dignity.

The first thing I reverse, is to reverse the spelling of the word Capital, I play with the word on my tongue, it is the lovely sounding word ‘Latipac’, but how would it be defined in the dictionary, how would the world understand the word?

I find no official definition, so Latipac becomes the word that I have looked for, for nearly two years, and my definitions of the words, are already in position:

Latipac, terminology and definitions used,

Latipac: Definition: Persons or institutions that accumulate wealth, without the latipac-generators receiving an equitable share.

(Origins Cedric de la Harpe University of Knowledge)

Latipac-generator:  Definition: Persons cultivated to be a slave to the Latipac, once recruited, will religiously generate wealth for the Latipac, never questioning, for fear of loosing their status, that separates the latipac-generator,  from the poverty group.

(Origins Cedric de la Harpe University of Knowledge)

A Latipac-generator, in order to generate the wealth for the Latipac, had two groups, first the noncommissioned generators, they were the muscle that extracted the energy from the dark-skinned persons, and the commissioned generators, who interpreted the Latipac instruction, converted the Latipac instruction, into high-pressure reaction, this causes the abusive actions, to be celebrated by all, never is pain from the ‘crack of the whip’, or instant dismissal, reacted to by the Latipac or the Latipac-generator, as the dark-skinned labourer, is not seen to be human.

The commissioned Latipac-generators, all wear the old-school tie, from the same old Private Schools, they are a special old-boys-club, that shares the load behind closed doors, always protecting the Latipac, even only 1% of the commissioned Latipac-generators, are sons of the Latipac.

For the world to move forward, through the New Industrial Revolution, and the changing political direction, we need to discard all the labels that separate us, no longer capitalist, no longer socialist, no longer communist, all these labels were given by the ‘now European Western Capitalist’ to separate us.

I celebrate Doctor David King, South African born Chemist.

For two months I have watched BBC CNN and SkyNews , daily between 16:00 and 18:00, during the past week, I focus on a SkyNews journalist interviewing Dr. David King, about his opinion on whether the UK Government SAGE group of Consultants are independent of Political interference.

Dr David King St John's / Wits
Dr David King St John’s / Wits

Readers of my publications, will have heard me ask the South African Government for details of who their medical scientists are that advise them, because as a 73 year-old, they have changed the ’cause of death’ scientific  status, completely since the emergence of Coronavirus.

I love a Radio of TV interview, where a journalist anticipates that the person being interviewed, will be supportive of him earning his daily bread, and then finds that the interviewee  is about to ‘break all the media rules’ and go against the propaganda material being distributed.

The journalist does his best to get Dr King to give his support to the media concept that SAGE are independent, and that the SAGE advice given to the UK Government is based on sound scientific principles.

Dr King needs to detour t get to what he wishes to say, and asks to the journalist if he remembers the late 1990s ‘pork’ debacle, the journalist claimed to remember the event, and allowed Dr King to proceed.

“The consultants recommendation, off no scientific basis, influenced by business and the politicians, caused great damage to the UK pork industry, it took years to repair the damage, and today, we have come the ‘full circle’, to where politics tells the scientist what the present scientific model is that they should follow”

(my interpretation of what Dr King  was able to say)

For my South African brothers and sisters, Dr David King was born in South Africa in 1939, and educated at St John’s College, Johannesburg and the University of the Witwatersrand (BSc, PhD).

He was the Chief Scientific Adviser to the UK Government under both Tony Blair and Gordon Brown, and Head of the Government Office for Science from October 2000 to 31 December 2007.

Science as I know it, science before 2020ac.

Gauteng Coronavirus Management calls for Gauteng to take control.

The Barefoot ‘scientist’ is very critical of how the World is handling the Coronavirus and his finding are detailed in “Coronavirus Death Mystery” for those who have not read it yet.

My graph published on April 18, clearly showed that Gauteng positive cases were spiking in tandem with the National trend;

Gauteng Graph April 17
Gauteng Graph April 17

What Gauteng Coronavirus management has achieved since, is exceptional, follow the trend from the dotted circle, the Gauteng Seven Day Average trend, returned to the April 15 level, but more importantly, the seven day average trend, meets the actual daily infections yesterday, April 28.

Gauteng trend improves
Gauteng trend improves

One of the most important factors that requires the National Government to allow the Gauteng Province and the 15 million citizens of Gauteng to control their future, is that other provinces that are not performing, and in particular the Western Cape,  should not be allowed to negatively impact on the Gauteng Economy and the Gauteng population.

We have a look at the comparative graph;

Gauteng / National Graph
Gauteng / National Graph

On April 17, Gauteng follows the National spike,, and then, by the 19th April, the Gauteng curve flattens,  and the level of flattening is clearly seen as the Gauteng trend is constant, and the actual accumulated infections trend, ‘dark black’, moves from the 28,8% ratio line, as compared to the national trend.

Barefoot Scientist solves the Coronavirus ‘Death Mystery’ model;

Kaalvoet Coronavirus deaths curve predictions

I am Kaalvoet de la Harpe, on April 19, 2020, I had worked through every statistic and daily count of positive infections of the Coronavirus throughout the world.

My interim research results, indicate that South Africa, through following the Western European model, are following the wrong model, my focus moves away from the number of tests and positive cases, and I start to study the ‘death trends’.

The Hidden Coronavirus Death Mystery,

Lessons from applying a ‘Voice of Reason’,

to why the

South Africa’s Coronavirus Management Model is flawed

APPLICATION FOR SOUTH AFRICAN PARLIAMENT TO RESCIND THE CORONAVIRUS LEGISLATION:

1:  I, Cedric Raymond de la Harpe, ID 470515 5127 087, hereby make the following statement, in support of my application for the South African Parliament to rescind the Coronavirus Legislation.

2: When making the announcement on Lockdown, the State President basis the decision for the Lockdown, on advice from the Scientists and Medical experts, never providing any details that were provided to our Parliament.

3: On April 22, 2020, I received a copy of a Risk-adjusted strategy for economic activity, an unsigned document under the South African Coat of Arms,  as per the screenshot below;

Risk-adjusted strategy for economic activity

The balance between “lives” and “livelihoods”

Evidence from the Spanish Influenza pandemic of 1918 shows that the long-run economic consequences for cities experiencing a rapid infection rate and high cumulative infections were significantly worse than those for cities enduring temporary restrictions on economic activity.

“On the one hand, NPIs constrain social interactions while they are in place, and thus necessarily depress any type of economic activity that relies on such interactions. On the other hand, because the pandemic itself has severe economic consequences, by reducing the severity of the pandemic, NPIs can mitigate the most severe economic disruptions. While an interruption of economic activity may be inevitable, this interruption can be shorter-lived and less extensive with NPIs in place that solve coordination problems.” (p. 17)

4: This document, gives the impression that these three are the scientists that are direction operations in the Command Centre, and that their research is scientific, and the direction that should be followed.

4.1:The South African Government has used a copy and paste off a document written by the gentlemen, and still in draft form:

Pandemics Depress the Economy, Public Health

Interventions Do Not: Evidence from the 1918 Flu

Sergio Correia, Stephan Luck, and Emil Verner*

[PRELIMINARY – COMMENTS WELCOME]

This draft: April 10, 2020; First draft: March 26, 2020

4.2: I submit that the South African Government has no other scientific research to sustain they continued manipulation of the economy, at the expense of the middle-class, the labourers, the informal traders, the poverty groups, and should they have such, they should identify such.

5: The balance between “lives” and “livelihoods”

5.1: The balance between lives and livelihoods is foreign concept, to South Africa, just two months ago, saving the Rhino, was more important than saving a life.

5.2: The average Influenza death toll in South Africa is 6000 to 11000, and my averment is that the Chinese, The Italian, the USA models that we have followed, have not honestly reported on any seasonal influenza deaths, while they record every Coronavirus infection.

5.3: I submit that the State should show scientific evidence that the principle of sacrificing the economy, in order to save lives, has accepted scientific findings, that show that Italy and the USA, still have the same levels of seasonal influenza deaths, during the Coronavirus season, and therefore, the potential of 11000 seasonal Influenza deaths, will remain, and that they ‘tens of thousands of deaths’ predicted for Coronavirus, will take place.

5.4: I submit that such findings are presently not in place.

6: I submit that this first paragraph needs to be tested in Court;

Evidence from the Spanish Influenza pandemic of 1918 shows that the long-run economic consequences for cities experiencing a rapid infection rate and high cumulative infections were significantly worse than those for cities enduring temporary restrictions on economic activity.

6.1: The evidence in South Africa, does show that the Spanish Influenza pandemic of 1918, showed economic consequences,  for the cities experiencing a rapid infection rate; however;

6.2: Unlike the Coronavirus that attacks the elderly and those with compromised immune systems, the Spanish Flu, mainly killed the labour force, those aged from 15 to 45.

6.3: In South Africa, the labour force died, industry continued operating, where the lives important, and would it be the investors livelihoods that were important.

6.4: One of the findings, was that the labour would have been safer than at work, than at home.

7: 300 000 black people died in South Africa, impacting on their sustainable farming activities, making the black person ‘dependent’ for the first time on the white.

7.1: I quote from Annexure 1, extracted from  a UCT thesis,

BlackOctoberTHE IMPACT

OF THE SPANISH INFLUENZA EPIDEMIC

OF 1918 ON SOUTH AFRICA

by

Howard Phillips, BA Honours (UCT), MA (London)

Yet it was not primarily these assurances which slowly increased the supply of labour during 1919. Far more important were the waning of the ‘flu in the recruiting areas and the pressing shortage of food in areas such as the Transkei and Ciskei. In (part, this stemmed from poor harvests as a result of a severe drought and late planting caused by the epidemic. SO As early as January 1919 a well-informed authority on the Rand was forecasting that,

‘owing to the poor crops in some of the Native Territories and losses suffered through the Epidemic, a considerable increase in the supply of labour~ may be anticipated in the near future.’

7.2: Contrary to the Risk-adjusted strategy for economic activity, the South African strategy, is making the blacks more dependent on the whites, than the Apartheid System ever did.

8: Human Rights; I submit that every human has a right to move freely, to b allowed the opportunity to feed his/her family, and the State has the obligation to provide medical support, to the best of their ability, without taking human rights away from the majority of the population, to protect a scientifically undefined number of people, most of whom have already past their life expectancy.

9: The charity offered to the majority of our population, is an insult to human dignity, the loss of human dignity, is directly related to the gender violence, disobedience, and the burgeoning crime, that presently requires Military Control, supported by the Police and Security.

10:   I now introduce the averments that the State, the declared Coronavirus  has no scientific basis to, and submit that the State will ned to show the Court such.

UNPLANNED LOCKDOWN TRANSFERS VIRUS TO UNSUSPECTING

Coronavirus the “SPREAD ACTION 1”

When the President unexpectedly announces the “lockdown” the management of the process would appear to have given no consideration to the large percentage of our population that are still migrant labourers.

When Easter Shut Down arrives, the Townships empty, as both migrant workers, and family descendants head for their village homes.

In this example I use the Zulu nation, where the largest percentage of their population, live in extremely rural areas, many of the elders, only speaking the Zulu Language, and  would ned to rely on  local radio station for communication.

A large percentage of the Hostel communities, only speak Zulu.

The ‘Lockdown, comes very suddenly and unexpected, on March 24, 2020, the announcement comes unexpectedly that a ‘Lockdown’ will commences on the March 26, 2020, everything will be closed for 3 weeks, this announcement is tantamount to an instruction for the migrant workers to go back to the family.

The migrant is feeling healthy, there is no reason for him not to go to the family, to see them through the ‘lockdown’.

The family are no wiser, and they receive the breadwinner, as they do every year.

Maybe 200 000 Zulus move from Gauteng to KwaZulu-Natal?

For those of us who know KwaZulu-Natal. millions of people live in areas that are almost inaccessible.

The departure starts early on the morning of March 25, and probable infection date, for a new groups of cases is from March 25, given my very unscientific assessment of 9 to 11 days, the cases should show from Friday 03, 2020.

I present the graph, with no assessment, but welcome questions.

Impact of Coronavirus on KwaZulu-Natal

My conclusion that this incubator of the virus, was as the result of the movement back home, due directly to the Lockdown, is based on the following parameters.

GAUTENG:

On March 22, Gauteng has 124 cases, all linked to international travel, and 12 locally infected cases.

For comparative proposes, I compare the Gauteng Local  infections on March 17, 2020, 1018 cases, I divide the local infections with the base International Travel of 120, and the result is the growth of 7,48 times each base case.

KWAZULU-NATAL:

On March 22, KwaZulu-Natal has 36 cases, all linked to international travel, and 5 locally infected cases.

For comparative proposes, I compare the 2, KwaZulu-Natal Local  infections on March 17, 2020, 591 cases, I divide the local infections with the base International Travel of 31, and the result is the growth of 18,66 times each base case.

Danger Signals:

When the Government had control of the cases on March 22, no such movement should have been allowed.

The death statistics in KwaZulu-Natal, is the highest, in the Country, and effectively, all removal of restrictions from today, must consider how we isolate the virus in KwaZul-Natal, and ensure that any returning citizen, is considered to be returning from a high-risk area.

East London:

We need to give consideration to the origins of the virus in the East London area, how much could have arrived from other provinces, how did it get into the two prisons, and when the lockdown ends, how do we ensure the action does not transfer?

Eastern Province trend

Dismantling these and other need to be carefully planned.

No BOOZE, no CIGARETTES”  His Master’s Voice:

Early every morning, I walk down to the local super-market, the store identity will remain a secret, to protect others who may be involved.

My brother allows me to scratch through the waste bins, picking at what is edible, always I will find an unopened bread, which I need to slip into my carrier back, out of site of the surveillance cameras, then as I leave, I walk way without  sideward glance at my brother.

This loaf will keep my wife and I alive, till tomorrow, I walk around the shopping area, looking for an alcohol bottle that my just have found its way onto my path, and maybe just that top of anything that I have craved for 23 days now, but alas, hundreds of thirsty and hungry feet have already swept the pavements of Johannesburg.

For the past two weeks, no longer can the smallest cigarette butt be found, life switches between the need for food, nicotine, and alcohol.

The nicotine and alcohol, banned to protect my elderly immune system, an immune system that has thrived on this habit for years, today, for the first time, I feel my immune system to be compromised, and compromised by the withdrawal symptoms that won’t  go away.

I pass the traffic-light intersection, on the eight corners, hobos, pedlars, traffickers, individually, but united, trying to sell drugs to me my mindset is tempted, I consider the dagga, it does after-all contain healing elements, and it will satisfy both needs.

Maybe when the virus attacks me, my wife will understand if I bring the drugs home.

My last port of call, is a walk past the bottle store, at this stage, the urge is great, but I am to afraid to use the tool that I carry in my bag, just in case. I leave it on the criminal element who are attacking bottle-stores around the country, but I am never so lucky.

Every Radio and TV programme, promotes their support for the total lockdown, these calls ring in my mind every step that I take, hidden in the message, is that things will return to normal when this is all over.

I no longer know what ‘this’ is, and I can’t see my daily ritual ever changing returning to normal.

Will there ever be a normal?

Kaalvoet:

When I get home, I Google research all day very day, complements a neighbours Wi-fi, desperately looking for President Ramaphosa’s as yet disclosed scientific / medical research that confirms that the Coronavirus, attaches you, because of the nicotine or alcohol.

This morning I find what I am looking for, one of South Africa’s “His Master’s Voice” the surgeon general of the USA,  and I quote the full article:

New York Times:

Why Coronavirus Is Killing African-Americans More Than Others

Higher rates of infection and death among minorities demonstrate the racial character of inequality in America.

By Jamelle Bouie

Opinion Columnist

April 14, 2020

We know that Covid-19 is killing African-Americans at greater rates than any other group. You can see this most clearly in the South. In Louisiana, blacks account for 70 percent of the deaths but 33 percent of the population. In Alabama, they account for 44 percent of the deaths and 26 percent of the population. South Carolina and Georgia have yet to release information on death disparities, but in both states blacks are more likely to be infected than whites. The pattern exists in the North as well, where African-American populations in cities like Chicago and Milwaukee have high infection and death rates.

Federal officials have tied these disparities to individual behavior — the surgeon general of the United States, Jerome Adams, who is African-American, urged blacks and other communities of color to “avoid alcohol, tobacco and drugs” as if this was a particular problem for those groups.

The Kaalvoet Comment:

The paragraph supra, researched by the United States surgeon general,  Jerome Adams, is the only research that I can find, and based on this research, we extend ‘the no smoking, no drinking’ principle, in South Africa.

The author of this New Your Times article,  in the balance of this article infra, confirms my white Apartheid mindset, they are inclined to be infected,  and they will bring their infection into the ‘service sector jobs’  I should sacrifice, as this will prevent the blacks from moving into my safe zone, which will cause my death.

The author, Jamelle Bouie continues;

In truth, black susceptibility to infection and death in the coronavirus pandemic has everything to do with the racial character of inequality in the United States.

To use just a few, relevant examples, black Americans are more likely to work in service sector jobs, least likely to own a car and least likely to own their homes. They are therefore more likely to be in close contact with other people, from the ways they travel to the kinds of work they do to the conditions in which they live.

Today’s disparities of health flow directly from yesterday’s disparities of wealth and opportunity. That African-Americans are overrepresented in service-sector jobs reflects a history of racially segmented labor markets that kept them at the bottom of the economic ladder; that they are less likely to own their own homes reflects a history of stark housing discrimination, state-sanctioned and state-sponsored. And if black Americans are more likely to suffer the comorbidities that make Covid-19 more deadly, it’s because those ailments are tied to the segregation and concentrated poverty that still mark their communities.

What’s important to understand is that this racialized inequality isn’t a mistake — it isn’t a flaw in the system. It reflects something in the character of American capitalism itself, a deep logic that produces the same outcomes, again and again.

South Africa’s lockdown system, is aimed at protecting me, and elderly white suburbanite, at the expense of innocent lives of the  people ‘who would not listen’.

Cedric de la Harpe

Dear White, Elite and middle-class South Africans,

Dear White, Elite and middle-class South Africans, who believe that “total lockdown” will keep the flu/coronavirus down to below 11 000, deaths. forgive me if I sound callous, but the collapse of the  economy, and the pain being suffered by the poverty groups, in order that we can save the lives of a few ‘White, Elite and middle-class South Africans’, is a human rights abuse, that exceeds the worst in history.

Just five days back I wrote an open letter to President Ramaphosa, it is ignored by his team, and ridiculed by the ‘total lockdown’ supporters, yesterday, I confidently announced that South Africa’s total lockdown had failed, and if it continues, it will contribute to the deaths of thousands of people.   These people will be mainly from the poverty communities, mainly black and coloured, I have news for you, ‘total lockdown’ has failed.

I have already answered your next assertion, but the blacks want us to save them, please read the Dear Comrades post before using this to attack my assertion ” ‘total lockdown’ has failed”.

There is only one statistic that is of importance, the deaths per 100 000 population, and it should not be counted daily, it should not be published daily, we are fighting a war, and the counting of ‘cases’ and ‘bodies’, can only be in the interests of those who will benefit from the ‘COUNT’.

When I write a letter to the President, five days back, the death count is 25, this is the most important statistic, five days back, it was 0,04253 per 100000 of the population. Five days later it had moved to 50, an 100% increase, and the statistic is now 0.08507 per 100000.

South Africa’s statistics is in the lower half of the Africa performances, yesterday, the Africa Continent, had recorded 966 deaths, @ 0,07944  per 100000.

What is South Africa’s predicted death rate, surely the President, and all his men, should have this figure, based on the statistics that we are using, before we commit economic suicide, by going to war against a hidden virus.

The USA entered the war, on a death prediction of 2 million souls, @ 523,28634 per 100000. The latest death total, is 32 230 @ 8,43276 per 100000.

In April 2018, the National Institute for Communicable Diseases, reports on the approaching Flu Season;

In South Africa, influenza (commonly known as flu) kills between 6000-11,000 people every year. About half of these deaths are in the elderly, and about 30% in HIV-infected people. The highest rates of hospitalization are in the elderly (65 years and older), HIV-infected people and children less than 5 years old. Pregnant women are also at increased risk of hospitalization and death from flu infections. People with chronic illnesses like diabetes, lung disease, tuberculosis and heart disease are also at increased risk of being hospitalized from the flu.

During the flu season in South Africa about 8-10% of patients hospitalized for pneumonia and 25% of patients with flu-like illness (fever and cough) will test positive for influenza.

This is a fairly large range, and for the purposes on my comment, will be average the 6 000 – 11 000  as our annual base line deaths, according to the NICD, about 50% of the deaths are in the elder group.

Using the average of the 6 to 11 thousand as 8 500, our death rate for normal seasonal flu is  @ 14,46199 per 10000, if it reaches the top of the seasonal range of 11 000, our death statistic would be, @ 18,71788 per 100000.

The USA is very carefully only predicting that they can keep the death rate to 60 000, @ 15,59859 per 100000, the  USA Coronavirus death rate, is what South Africa suffer annually, on average, as part of seasonal flu.

Any specific questions asked with regard to this post, I will answer, any comment that will not allow us restore our people to the time before coronavirus, I will delete.

Any Academic, who would like to give direction to a wayward mind, by providing explanations and the scientific models, proven and tested, that motivated the sacrificing of our economy, and condemning our poverty groups      to imprisonment, in conditions that you no prisoner is allowed to suffer, your input is welcome.

April 17, 2020, the South African Coronavirus exponential curve, leaves the incubator.
