Lack of opportunity stimulates crime;
Lack of opportunity results in poverty, which gives the perpetrator reason.
The global map reflects that gender violence exists at a higher level in the colonised communities.
Lack of opportunity results in frustration and boredom, time with nothing to do, sitting around on the street corners, waiting for the call, waiting for the confirmation for the application, the many applications for employment, tender, housing, bursary, waiting, lucky enough to have conned a few rand, sharing a quart of beer, listening to music.
These groups sitting in the parks, sitting on street corners, become targets of the drug lords, and their first involvement in crime, is the family and neighbourhood belongings, and as mush as they could sell, to feed the drug habit.
England’s ‘violent crime’, develops over the past twenty years, and the main weapon is the ‘knife’, the crime driven by the drug industry, the Drug Lords, comfortably sitting in luxury in the cities, and their tentacles reaching into the suburbs and rural areas.
Attached to this crime activity, is that the London Police force officers are 20 000 below the required numbers, almost removing the “Bobby on the Beat” from the streets, without the “Bobby on the Beat”, the Community Policing Forces, have depleted.
Since 1980, the Free Market has resulted in the political and social stratification where the rich get richer, and the poor are getting poorer.
This drug industry, throughout the world, has contributed to the economic and social stratification of the communities, since the early 1980s.
