Firstly I must apologise to those I have failed.
The last five months has been a roller coaster ride for me, a roller coaster that unusually only has a few dippers, that is followed with new direction, always going up towards the sky.
Many of my writings since 2007, have been conservative, never taking the bull by the horns, never challenging the ANC or the elite media.
My white brothers and sisters, every employed non-white, every non-white seeking employment, I never challenge,
Why did I pussy-foot around and not challenge?
I did not wish to place humans, who needed to avoid conflict with their corporate employer, or potential opportunity from the Government tender, or business with the Corporate, by associating with a perceived ‘dissenter’.
I published the First Edition of Human Dictate, on November 04, 2019, and as I write and talk about motivating the human to remove the system dictate, my mindset moves away from the conservative approach, six revisions later, I now start with Edition 2.
Firstly I must apologise to all the humans that I have failed since 2007, failed because I did not want to disturb the ‘political economical system dictate’, a system dictate, that continues to disadvantage the poverty non-white groups, and every other middle-class South African, that is not in the ANC selected group, that is not in the Corporate selected group, that is not one of the selected land restitution recipients, not in one of the selected school groups, now challenging me with the knowledge, that with my insights developed in the Townships and Villages over the years, I have not responded to accordingly, I have failed the majority of the human population, who as yet have not found space and opportunity in our ‘land of milk and honey’.
Those who I have failed, includes every South African that has left the country, for what ever reason, if you are South African, you are a South African ‘human asset’, and we should have ensured that you had opportunity to feed and educate your families in South Africa. You should never have feared crime, you should never have been excluded from participation, in the interests of one of the small percentage of non-whites, who effectively became ‘privileged’, before we would allow him into the corridors of Lords.
Human Asset;
We very glibly refer to Human Asset, as the available labour source, available to perform the functions required by the employer, from the lowest level of manual labour, to the highest level of management and technology.
The Human Asset, is not the individual, it is the skills, knowledge, and experience carried by that individual. These skills, knowledge and experience, is not limited to what we are taught in school or university, it is part of the community and lifestyle that we were cultivated in.
The white community, the Bantustan politicians and administrators, carried a foundation of skills, knowledge and experience, that can never be taught in a school, an Academy, or a University, skills and mindsets that, that are transferred from parents, management in the workplace, and colleagues over many years.
This foundation of skills, knowledge and experience, was removed from South Africa in 1994, and our Country needs to make a radical change, if we ever wish to rebuild the “Foundation” for our Countries recovery.
Lack of opportunity extends deeply into the poverty black community, I have interacted at Wits and UJ campuses, where students all see employment overseas, as there only opportunity.
My apology includes every human throughout the world, who has been denied opportunity in their own country, the many who are unable to feed or educate your families.
Economic Segregation is the World’s Prime Evil.
