“Certificate of Competence”
I consider my Philosophy and the knowledge that I base my Philosophy on, to have been accumulated as a student of the “University of Knowledge”, the campus that stretches from the Cape to Cairo, the campus where the people talk, and listen to one another, in order to accumulate knowledge and understanding.
In the Western Academic world, the University of Knowledge, can never be certified to issue any “Certificate of Competence”, therefore, my thesis can never be accepted.
Human Dictate thesis submission:
I submitted my Human Dictate thesis to a Retired General of the Italian Army, an Ally to Nazi Germany during World War II, a man who has, and still does read ,everything that he can about War, Revolution, and Politics, a man who from his world experience, and reading, has knowledge and opinion, on everything that a student can wish to know;
On 20-20-2020, the Retired General of the Italian Army, issues the following assessment report;
Hi Cedric,
Your “Human Dictate” is a brilliant, accurate, well documented view of the present world at large and the ethical/practical problems of this country. Synthetical in the form and deep in its substance it is a pleasure for me to read.
I share your high level opinions of a quasi-philosophical level.
