Enlightened Thinking

Enlightened Thinking

Everything that I write, everything I say, may be deemed to be ‘radical’, I consider it Enlightened Thinking.

Human Dictate allows and encourages you to return to enlightened thinking, if your countries economy and politics is in turmoil, you should be ready to think.

South African struggle veterans;

South Africa politics, did think pre-1994, and most anti-Apartheid activists, would have been involved in Pamphlet writing and distribution.

The South African struggle veterans, used the Pamphlet system of Enlightened Thinking, to spread their individual enlightened thinking among their community, people writing pamphlets, sharing them with the community, who read and passed on to another.

Let us follow the system that existed in our Townships and Rural Villages.

World “Enlightened Thinking” is not new, it took place during the 18th century, and is credited with the American War of Independence, the Industrial Revolutions, and the French Revolution.

Only ‘irrational’ thinking, can achieve, what we today should know as Enlightened Thinking, so fear not, look outside of the box.

European politics, philosophy, science and communications, were radically reoriented during the course of the 18th century. This movement was referred to as the Age of Reason, or simply the Enlightenment.

Enlightenment thinkers in Britain, in France and throughout Europe questioned traditional authority and embraced the notion that humanity could be improved through rational change.

The Enlightenment produced numerous books, essays, inventions, scientific discoveries, laws, wars and revolutions. The American and French Revolutions were directly inspired by Enlightenment ideals and respectively marked the peak of its influence and the beginning of its decline.

The Age of Enlightenment, ends with the French Revolution, 1789, throwing out the old authorities to remake society along rational lines.

Rational comes from the Latin word ‘rationalis’, meaning reasonable or logical. If you’re rational, you do things based on logic, as opposed to impulse or whimsy.

What we know as Democracy, is born in 1789, and the rational lines that are introduced, is nothing more than the economic system dictating to the people what the economy perceived as logical, and giving the people, the opportunity to vote for change, if they were unhappy with the political structure in place.

Thinking, is no longer encouraged by the people, and throughout the Western World and Africa, we are controlled by the Western Economic Political System, like the demise of Western Roman Empire in the 400s, so the present social order is changing, and we must take control of our future, how do we do it, we start with Enlightened Thinking.

Did you know? In his essay ‘What Is Enlightenment?’ (1784), the German philosopher Immanuel Kant summed up the era’s motto in the following terms:

‘Dare to know! Have courage to use your own reason!’
